These are the GREATEST! A new way to get your kids to eat their veggies and fruits. I purchased some of these awhile ago at a local health food store. The kids LOVED them - the Just Veggies mix, and the Just Strawberries 'n Bananas are the favourites. You can eat them as a snack or add the veggies to soups, rice or noodles and add the fruits to yogurt, cereal, whatever you want!

Rice in particular is not a known "high" allergen in the US and most Western Countries. This is why it is typically recommended as an infant's first food (in the US that is).
If there is a rice allergy, studies show that the allergy is most often to the pollen of the rice and a reaction is triggered by the inhalation of the pollen - rice is a grass and may produce hayfever like symptoms. Rice
Mango can be an allergen for some super sensitive people. It may cause atopic dermatalogical reactions in those who are allergic to it! However, a mango allergy is very rare and mostly confined to those truly tropical areas where mango grows.
An allergy to mango is actually an allergy to the Oleoresin in the mango skin. Much like poison ivy reaction, a person who suffers from a mango allergy

This is an interesting lawsuit - good for the woman who actually read the label prior to serving it! - maybe it will get the

In doing some research for an upcoming article on our site, I ran across this tidbit. Many parents are convinced that they must offer veggies before fruits so as to avoid developing a sweet tooth. We have always said that this was a myth as our pediatricians and dieticians advised. Now here it is in one (of many different studies and research papers) study more plainly stated than we have ever
What a week! We got hit with a power outage (for 3 days!) and now we're busy playing catch-up. It's amazing how much of a mess a house can get when there is no power! Toys strewn everywhere without being picked-up so that the kids might amuse themselves, laundry that was not done prior to the outage. It was actually nice cuddled up in the family room with the big old fashioned wood stove
